About me
- I worked for SAP, for SAP customers and for SAP consulting companies or partners:
I know 3 very different views first hand! - Im my career I managed people, built and developed teams, recruited talent, and had to make difficult people decisions. I was able to develop talents from junior to senior level, grew experts to managers. I’ve been mentoring and coaching talents at different levels. I learned that managing complex SAP solutions is way beyond servers, system availability – it is also people business. These well motivated and trained experts make the difference, especially in critical situations!
- I was responsible to manage SAP support for large international entities, defining and delivering SLAs, KPIs and showing improvement potentials. I had discussions with business managers on SAP key users and their value to the organization.
- This understanding and rich knowledge of systems, processes and people often made the difference.
- Throughout my career quite often my organization was impacted by M&A, often the teams were heavily nervous about the changes to come. In most cases I could demonstrate how to manage such constant change in a professional way and - instead following the initial instinct to run away - wait, observe and find the right moment for the next step.
